- Obsolete skalibs/environ.h and skalibs/getpeereid.h removed.
- rc4 and md5 removed.
- All *_t types renamed to avoid treading on POSIX namespace.
- subgetopt() renamed to lgetopt().

- Various functions removed: skaoffsetof(), selfpipe_untrap()
- New posixplz function: munmap_void.

Rework src/headers entirely: build skalibs/types.h
Convert skalibs/fmtscan.h types.
Propagate changes until it builds.
There are a lot of incompatible pointer issues remaining, those will be fixed with the buffer overhaul.
