The `=` program

= replaces a literal with a value, then executes another program.

Interface

     = [ -s ] [ -C | -c ] [ -n ] [ -d delim ] variable value prog...

= performs variable substitution on prog..., using variable as key and value as value. ='s options are used to control the substitution mechanism.
= then execs into the modified prog....
